Reed Funds Management Limited is the Manager of the Reed Property Trust an open-ended unlisted unit Trust.
The Trust comprises a core portfolio of 11 Australian based quality commercial investments properties, with an allocation to property securities.
The Trust provides sectoral diversification within the commercial, retail, industrial and healthcare sectors and geographical diversification within economic growth corridors of eastern Australia.
The primary investment objectives of the Trust are to provide:
