Overview
Reed Funds Management Limited (RFML) is a division of Reed Property Group and was established and issued with its Australian Financial Services Licence in 2004. In 2005, RFML launched the Reed Property Trust.
RFML is owned and overseen by directors and key executives with extensive experience in funds management, investor relations and financial management.
The Reed Property Trust is an unlisted diversified, direct property trust. It primarily invests in a range of income-earning commercial property based assets, consisting of direct property, listed and unlisted property trusts, equities and cash.
The Trust’s assets include projects that have been developed by Reed Property Group as well as assets acquired from the external market across Australia.
The RFML investment philosophy is founded on its strong commitment to achieving superior performance for its investors within acceptable risk limits according to the objectives of the investment products.
RFML aims to progressively identify and create reliable investment opportunities, underpinned by recurring revenues derived from a diverse portfolio of commercial and niche industry assets.
