The Trust is an investment opportunity, with a minimum individual investment of $5,000, no entry or exit fees and a dividend re-investment plan.
Our aim is to continue to improve the property portfolio’s diversity and income base, by acquiring additional properties which enhance the Trust’s sector and geographic spreads, lease profile and tenancy mix. Our acquisition program will be conducted in accordance with RPT’s investment criteria.
